Every time I hear Parov Stelar’s Booty Swing, a part of me wants to dance, while the lazier, more lethargic side would rather just sit and listen. Time to get some energy and swing!
So what’s the best way to get energy? This one is a tough one to answer. Usually energy levels depend on many different factors. Maybe you need more sleep or maybe you haven’t eaten enough. Or sometimes it can be something unexpected like a vitamin deficiency!
A great vitamin to take if you find your energy is lacking is vitamin B.
Although each B vitamin has a unique role, they work together as coenzymes to metabolize food and to provide energy. The B vitamins support the nervous system, skin, eyes, liver, and mucous membranes, and enhance energy, muscle tone and gastrointestinal health.
